We endeavour to keep the web site up to date at all times with regard to product availability. If a product is out of stock, an estimated time will be given until new stock arrives, giving the customer the option to process the order and wait for delivery, or not order the item. All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

When you place an order on our website we shall email you an acknowledgement detailing the product you have ordered. This email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from Selfridges. Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and Illann will take place when your order is dispatched, unless you have cancelled the order in accordance with the order cancellation procedures set out below. We will email you that your order has been dispatched. We reserve the right to dispatch multiple orders separately.

Illann may not accept your order due to any one or more of the following non-exhaustive reasons:

The product you ordered is out of stock or discontinued.
We cannot obtain authorization for your payment;
We have identified a pricing or product description error.
There is a system or procurement failure.
The customer failed our validation checks.

Our gift message facility is available for your own personal and strictly non-commercial use. We do not take any responsibility for the contents of messages communicated by you to a third party. Where you use this facility you agree that your message will not include any content that could be construed as defamatory, abusive, obscene, racist, offensive, harassing, threatening, vulgar or which could cause embarrassment or distress to any person. You agree not to impersonate any person, including but not limited to any of our employees or customers.

Order Cancellation:

We make a great effort to process orders on the day of receipt. If the order has already been despatched, the customer should use the returns procedure set out below. The order will be cancelled providing goods are received back within 14 days of receipt. All orders are sent out with a returns form and instructions.

Returns:

If you are in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have purchased, we will be more than happy to refund you for the goods, or exchange them for alternative items. This will not affect your statutory rights. Please note:

Goods must be returned in their original condition, unused, with all labels and garment tags still attached; with their original packaging. Failure to do so will result in the return not being accepted.
We will not refund delivery or gift box charges.
The customer must pay the postage costs when returning goods. Illann cannot be held liable for the return postage unless the wrong goods were dispatched by us. We strongly recommend that goods are returned using Royal Mail’s registered postal service or similar service where the goods are insured in the event of loss. Illann cannot be held responsible for goods that do not reach us.
All refunds of purchases through PAYPAL will be refunded via BACS transfer.
Couriers fees will be chargeable on all exchanges.

By using the returns form that arrived with your goods, you will ensure that your return is processed speedily. A refund or exchange will then take place, subject to the goods being accepted for return. You will not be charged postage on exchanged items.

For exchanged items, if the new item costs less than the original item, we will refund the difference.

Online Discounts:

When using a discount code at checkout, only one code is accepted per an order. (Some discounts may only be used once by a customer)

Black Friday Deal:

The 'Buy One get One Half Price' deal ends at 11:59PM on 26/11/2018. The cheapest item at checkout will be given a discount of 50% automatically. There are no discounts to gift cards, moth bags or combs. If there are any issues please email our support team: info@illann.com

Free shipping is offered on all orders placed during the BLACKFRIDAY18 promotion time and is only applicable to orders shipped to within the UK.

No other discounts applicable at checkout during this period.

Any return that is part of the Black Friday Weekend offer where only one item is returned, will have the discount removed and pay pay full price on any other item that are retained. This will be taken into account in the refund process.

Illann reserves the right to change or discontinue this promotion at any time.

Payment methods:

We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express. Card details should not be emailed to us, as we cannot guarantee the security of the data that you send to us via email. We do not accept cash or cheques.

We only accept payment for orders in £ sterling. If you choose to pay using a card with a foreign currency denominated account, the payment will still be taken in £ sterling at the conversion exchange rate applied by the relevant payment scheme at the time of processing your order.

General conditions of use:

You warrant that the personal information that you provide to Illann on registration is accurate, true, complete and current. Any changes in personal information should be notified to Illann.

You warrant not to transmit through, or to, our website any material which is defamatory, distressing, harmful, obscene, pornographic, threatening or material that might infringe upon the rights of others (including intellectual property rights, rights of confidentiality or rights of privacy) or material which does not comply with all relevant laws.
