Delivery:

Illann offers the following delivery options:

    UK 48 hour (Tracked):

    • 2-3 Working Days: £3.95

    UK 24 hour (Tracked):

    • 1-2 Working Days: £5.95

       Europe:

      • 5-6 working days: £20.00 

      Rest of the World:

      •  6-7 working days: £30.00

      Returns:

      How to return/exchange your item:

      1. Using the same email address used for your order, log into your account by clicking the button in the top right of the page or through the drop down menu on a mobile.
      2. Once logged in, if your item is eligible for a return/exchange the return option button will be displayed under the item. 
      3. Select 'request return' and fill in the reasoning fields.
      4. We will then review all requests and respond within 24 hours. 
      5. Please review our return policies below, before applying.

      If you are in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have purchased, we will be more than happy to refund you for the goods or exchange them for alternative items. This will not affect your statutory rights. Please note:

      1. Goods must be returned in their original condition, unused, with all labels and garment tags still attached in their original packaging. Failure to do so will result in the return not being accepted.
      2. We will not refund delivery or gift box charges.
      3. The customer must pay the postage costs when returning goods. Illann cannot be held liable for the return postage unless the wrong goods were dispatched by us. We strongly recommend that goods are returned using Royal Mail’s registered postal service or similar service where the goods are insured in the event of loss. Illann cannot be held responsible for goods that do not reach us.
      4. Goods must be returned within the following time scales:

            UK customers - Within 14 days from the invoice date.

            European customers (Non-UK)- Within 21 days from the invoice date.

            Rest of the World customers - Within 28 days from the invoice date.

      If the goods purchased are sale items, they need to be returned within the following time scales:

      • UK Customers – Within 7 days from the invoice date.
      • European Customers (Non-UK) – Within 14 days from the invoice date.
      • Rest of the World Customers – Within 21 days from the invoice date.
      By using the returns form that arrived with your goods, you will ensure that your return is processed speedily. A refund or exchange will then take place, subject to the goods being accepted for return. You will not be charged postage on exchanged items.

      For exchanged items, if the new item costs less than the original item, we will refund the difference.
