Payment methods:

We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express. Card details should not be emailed to us, as we cannot guarantee the security of the data that you send to us via email. We do not accept cash or cheques.

We only accept payment for orders in £ sterling. If you choose to pay using a card with a foreign currency denominated account, the payment will still be taken in £ sterling at the conversion exchange rate applied by the relevant payment scheme at the time of processing your order.

Whilst Illann takes care to ensure that the descriptions, specifications and colour reproduction on this web site are correct, the colours of products shown on this web site will depend on many factors including the display settings on your computer, and should not be considered to be an exact likeness. All sizes and measurements are approximate and should not be regarded as exact. We will often display several different items in product imagery. These are for display purposes, and unless explicitly stated, are sold separately.

Order process:

All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

When you place an order on our website we shall email you an acknowledgement detailing the product you have ordered. This email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from Selfridges. Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and Illann will take place when your order is dispatched, unless you have cancelled the order in accordance with the order cancellation procedures set out below. We will email you that your order has been dispatched. We reserve the right to dispatch multiple orders separately.

Illann may not accept your order due to any one or more of the following non-exhaustive reasons:

  • The product you ordered is out of stock or discontinued.
  • We cannot obtain authorization for your payment;
  • We have identified a pricing or product description error.
  • There is a system or procurement failure.
  • The customer failed our validation checks.

Our gift message facility is available for your own personal and strictly non-commercial use. We do not take any responsibility for the contents of messages communicated by you to a third party. Where you use this facility you agree that your message will not include any content that could be construed as defamatory, abusive, obscene, racist, offensive, harassing, threatening, vulgar or which could cause embarrassment or distress to any person. You agree not to impersonate any person, including but not limited to any of our employees or customers.

Pricing Policy and order fulfilment:

All pricing is in £ sterling and inclusive of VAT, where applicable. VAT will be deducted prior to payment being collected, for goods dispatched to non EU countries

Illann try’s to ensure that all pricing on this web site is correct. In the event of the site containing incorrect information, or a product being listed at the wrong price, Illann reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit or debit card charged. You will have the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel the order. Prices may change and offers may be withdrawn at any time.

We endeavour to keep the web site up to date at all times with regard to product availability. If a product is out of stock, an estimated time will be given until new stock arrives, giving the customer the option to process the order and wait for delivery, or not order the item. If sold out, some items may be discontinued. This will be indicated on the website.

All goods offered for sale are subject to availability, and it is possible that we may be unable to supply your order.

Online Discounts:

When using a discount code at checkout, only one code is accepted per an order. (Some discounts may only be used once by a customer)
